About The Position

Position Overview Our healthcare client is seeking a Part-Time IT Support Technician to provide on-site technical support across multiple ambulatory and specialty care locations. This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual who enjoys troubleshooting and resolving IT issues in a dynamic, multi-site environment. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities • Provide hardware and software troubleshooting in a Windows 10/11 environment • Perform PC imaging and deployments • Support Microsoft 365 applications and services • Handle break/fix repairs for desktops, laptops, printers, and tablets • Ensure timely resolution of technical issues to minimize downtime • Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and inventory updates • Communicate effectively with site staff and escalate issues when necessary ________________________________________ Requirements • Experience: 2+ years in IT support or related field • Technical Skills: o Windows 10/11 administration o Imaging and deployment tools o Microsoft 365 support o Hardware troubleshooting (PCs, printers, tablets) ________________________________________ Sites Covered • Bronxville, NY • White Plains, NY • Harrison, NY • Tarrytown, NY • Stamford, CT • Hackensack, NJ • Fishkill, NY • Middletown, NY • Norwalk, CT

Requirements

• 2+ years in IT support or related field
• Windows 10/11 administration
• Imaging and deployment tools
• Microsoft 365 support
• Hardware troubleshooting (PCs, printers, tablets)
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Ability to travel to multiple sites in NY, NJ, and CT
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
• Flexible schedule to accommodate site needs
