About The Position

We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual to join our custodial team. 2 hours in the evening Monday - Thursday; 4-7 hours between Friday and Saturday

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• 1-2 year related cleaning experience and/or training
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work with minimal or no supervision
• Dependable
• Timely
• Thorough
• Uses detergents and other cleaning supplies in accordance with specifications and directions
• Duties completed when scheduled to acceptable levels
• All trash removed or shredded as appropriate
• Perform to standards as established by Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Cleans the Bank.
• Dusts reception, customer service and lobby areas.
• Cleans tables, chairs and counters in break room(s).
• Sweeps and mops all tile floors.
• Vacuums all common walkways, conference rooms, waiting areas and floor mats.
• Ensures entryways are clean, free of trash, snow, dirt and other debris.
• Washes glass, focusing on entrance ways.
• Vacuums or sweeps entrance mats and outside entrance areas as necessary.
• Gathers, empties and removes trash and other rubbish.
• Places Teller area trash in appropriate holding area container.
• Shreds paper, and places in appropriate receptacles.
• Cleans and restocks restrooms.
• Performs routine maintenance activities
