About The Position

A Part Time Custodian is responsible for cleaning classrooms, offices, restrooms, common areas, gym and locker rooms, and other custodial tasks as assigned by the Lead Custodian.

Responsibilities

• Cleans assigned areas daily which involves cleaning, sanitizing and disinfecting surfaces, sweeping and mopping, vacuuming, dusting, taking out trash, etc.
• Work schedule is afternoons and evenings at the end of the school day or activities.
• Operates and maintains custodial equipment and reports repair issues to the supervisor
• Follows cleaning schedule as defined and assigned by a supervisor; and, utilizes various cleaning supplies and procedures.
• Interacts with co-workers, supervisors and school administration.
• Performs other related duties as required.
