About The Position

Position Summary Using available resources and knowledge of Company products and programs the CSR, under direct supervision, is responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers.

Requirements

High School Diploma/GED
1+ years of customer service-related work experience
Excellent written, oral, and listening skills.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to confidentially process and maintain data.
Good working knowledge of various personal computer business software applications presently used by the Company.
Ability to learn new systems or software packages as necessary.
Must maintain a positive work atmosphere through effective interactions and communications with co-workers, customers, and management.
Work location secure and appropriate to facilitate uninterrupted and productive conversation with customers during business hours.
Reliable Internet
Reliable transportation for in office monthly meetings and periodic training.
NOTE: While remote work may be available, this position is locally based. Due to the nature of the work, candidates must be located in or near Port Huron, MI and able to report on‑site as needed.

Responsibilities

Respond timely to customer calls.
Provide timely and accurate information to customers.
Process customer requests following established Company policies and procedures.
Conduct necessary research to answer customer questions.
Remind customers about special programs. Explain program, coverage, and related costs.
Participate in Company training as required.
Responsible for meeting defined performance and quality monitoring metrics.
