About The Position

Penn State Berks Food Services is seeking organized and motivated employees, dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. Hours are Saturday's 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Sunday's 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., with a starting rate of $12.00/hour.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Handle credit or campus dining dollar transactions with customers.
• Scan goods and collect payments.
• Stock shelves, freezers, and coolers.
• Ensure pricing is correct.
• Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information.
• Greet customers when entering or leaving establishment.
• Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas.
