The Concierge enhances the guest experience by providing personalized services, arranging reservations, and delivering information to ensure a memorable stay. This role directly impacts guest satisfaction, loyalty, and the overall reputation of the property. HOW YOU’LL SHAPE THE EXPERIENCE & FUTURE Provide information on hotel services, local attractions, dining, and entertainment. Make reservations, secure tickets, and arrange transportation and travel details. Handle VIP requests, including special product orders and turndown services. Arrange for laundry, cleaning, and repair services for guests’ belongings. Assist with administrative tasks, including authorizing credit applications. Facilitate the sending and receiving of guest packages. Act as host for morning coffee service and create warm guest interactions. Report suspicious behavior to hotel security to maintain a safe environment. Consistently greet guests in a professional, friendly manner to elevate their experience. Perform additional duties as assigned to support the Front Office team. Other duties as assigned.
