Location: Castle Chevrolet - Elk Grove, IL Schedule: Morning Hours please see Service Manager What You’ll Do as a Part-Time Cashier: Receive and manage payments by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits from customers who have had their vehicles serviced at the dealership. Scans service and parts documents Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner Assist in scheduling and confirming sales appointments Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- At least 2 years of dealership cashier experience
- Familiarity with dealership processes and systems
- Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple projects at once
- Desire to jump in to support the team wherever there's a need
- Ability to work the listed hours
- Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality
- Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment
Responsibilities
