Part Time Bilingual Leasing Agent

Seeking a PART TIME Bilingual Leasing Agent for 600 Nottingham Apartments. Candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of leasing and marketing at the new well-maintained property. The Leasing Agent will work closely with the Community Manager to set leasing goals and develop a strategic marketing plan for achieving budgeted occupancy. Responsible for effectively leading leasing team and accomplishing effective leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations.
