Part Time Assistant Baseball Coach
About The Position
Penn State Scranton, a member of the Penn State University Athletic Conference is accepting applications for Assistant Coach in the sport of Baseball within the Department of Athletics. This is a part time non-benefited position that carries with it an in-season monthly stipend and hourly pay in the off season. The Assistant Coach will be responsible for competition and practice preparation and coaching, player development, recruiting and administration under the Head Coach. The successful candidate must be well versed in the sport of baseball with previous coaching and/or playing experience. This position requires strict adherence to the PSUAC, United States Collegiate Athletic Association , and NCAA rules as well as all university policies and procedures . Primary hours are in-season from February to April, however off-season work is required.
Requirements

- PA State Police Criminal Background Check
- PA Child Abuse History Clearance Form
- Federal (FBI) Fingerprint Criminal Background Check
- valid driver’s license
- successful completion of a motor vehicle records check
