Responsibilities

Assist in daily classroom activities and ensure a safe, engaging environment.
Support teachers by implementing lesson plans and facilitating group activities.
Supervise children during outdoor play and meal times.
Provide one-on-one support to children as needed.
Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom.
Communicate effectively with parents and staff regarding children's progress.
Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
Adapt to different classrooms and age groups as required.
