A reasonable estimate of the current range is: Grade: Professional 305 Pay Range: $27,400.00 - $41,100.00 Job Description Responsibilities Primary Responsibilities Provides individual and group coaching assistance to students using the approved coaching framework, which includes study skills, college success strategies, and subject matter support. Collaborates with faculty and staff to develop coaching support and programming that will promote successful outcomes for the students in a variety of courses. Plans, designs, and conducts workshops and programming to provide additional academic coaching for students. Applies a holistic, solutions-oriented coaching approach to help students identify what they want to achieve, define success measures, and develop the best path toward those goals. Guides student-centric discussions that empower students to formulate individualized approaches and solutions to their unique academic challenges. Helps students uncover the root cause of academic issues while providing tools and instruction to help students develop the necessary skills and habits for academic success Guides students in developing, practicing, and mastering academic tools, skills, and habits that teach students to be accountable for their actions and results. Researches and analyzes data related to coaching program use that is used to evaluate student outcomes. Collaborates with other professionals within the university to promote a positive, student-obsessed atmosphere. Uses technology-based teaching and communication platforms to aid students in the development of competencies. Documents and maintains records of coaching interactions with students. Aide students with computer software associated with designated coursework. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
