About The Position
STA is a passionate group of aviators who place client satisfaction at the heart of their business. Managing aircraft since 2009, STA continues to serve the nation with top-tier world travel. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Part 135 Dispatcher to join our team and support our dynamic operations. The Part 135 Dispatcher will be responsible for managing flight logistics, responding to communications, and coordinating crew activities. This role involves working in a fast-paced, high-stress environment where quick decision-making and attention to detail are essential.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Strong attention to detail, excellent multitasking abilities, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in aviation is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with aviation terminology and concepts is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Respond to emails, phone calls, and company chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Plan logistics, release flights, and monitor flight progress and delays.
- Arrange international permits, handling, and customs clearance.
- Coordinate crew positioning and logistics, ensuring all operations run smoothly.
- Scrutinize crew duty and rest periods to ensure compliance with federal regulations.
- Assist with other dispatch-related tasks as needed.
