Parks Maintenance - Seasonal
About The Position
HYRUM CITY is accepting applications for seasonal summer employment in the Parks Department. Responsibilities include mowing and trimming lawns, cleaning restrooms, planting flowers, installation and maintenance of sprinkler equipment, and other duties as assigned. Applicants must have knowledge and experience operating and repairing mowers, trimmers, chainsaws, etc. Must be able to lift 50 pounds with frequent lifting of 10 to 25 pounds. Applicants must be over 16 years of age and have a drivers license. Employment months are April 1 to October 30 with part-time or full-time hours during summer months; and the possibility of part-time hours during school.
