We are seeking a skilled leader with experience managing staff and a strong working knowledge of building trades. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in industry standards and knowledgeable about trade-related safety hazards and precautions. This role requires the ability to perform effectively under time-sensitive deadlines while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
