About The Position

Propark Mobility is actively seeking Valet Attendants for both full-time and part-time positions, with immediate start availability. The role involves providing excellent customer service by cheerfully greeting guests upon arrival and departure, safely and efficiently parking and retrieving their vehicles, and clearly explaining parking rates and self-park instructions. Attendants are also responsible for inspecting vehicles before taking possession, adhering to company guidelines, and maintaining a professional appearance. The position requires being physically active outdoors for most of the day, including standing, walking, and occasionally lifting items up to 50lbs. Additionally, local management may assign minor cleaning, maintenance tasks, or special projects.

Requirements

You are at least 18 years old
You have a valid driver's license and have been driving for at least 2 years
Energetic, outgoing and can stand, run, and carry items, up to 50lbs, if needed
Great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach to everyone you meet
Thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can help resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way

Nice To Haves

Ability to drive a manual (standard, stick-shift) transmission
Valet parking: 1 year+
Customer service: 1 year+

Responsibilities

Always cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit
Park and retrieving guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner
Explain the parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve their self-park vehicles
Help the business by inspecting each vehicle before taking possession and following company guidelines
Maintaining the company uniform appearance, cheerfully greeting and thanking guests, resolving issues, and by being an all-around pleasure to be with
Be outside and active most of your day, standing walking, and sometimes helping with items weighing up to 50lbs
Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects as asked by local management
