Job Summary Our guests will first encounter our Parking Security Staff. Our guests are important individuals and should be treated with extraordinary courtesy, respect, and service. Parking Security Staff are to assist guests who need information or services. Our Parking Security Team plays a key role in providing our guests with superior service.

Responsibilities

• Sign out appropriate equipment.
• Pre-event walk/ride of assigned area and report conditions to immediate supervisor.
• Crime prevention tactics will be utilized to deter criminal activity and scalping/vending violations.
• Be available for and seek out guests who need complex information or services.
• Notify immediate supervisor of any suspicious activity that is observed and/or needs additional personnel or police response.
• Post-event walk/ride of assigned area and report conditions to immediate supervisor.
