Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Entry Level, One (1) year of experience in bicycle and parking operations.
Responsibilities
- Maintains an accurate physical inventory of all bicycle facilities
- Prepares reports on pedestrian and bicycle access programs that are routine in nature and generated on a daily, weekly, monthly, annually, or other schedule basis
- Answer customer calls to the parking operations control center from the Authority’s bicycle facilities and parking facilities, provide quality customer service and support and maintains an accurate record of calls, transactions and information.
