YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER As a Parking Lot Line Striper - Seal Coat Applicator, you take pride in leading a team to ensure every project is executed with precision and efficiency. Your day includes preparing work areas by shoveling, raking, and sweeping, overseeing set-up and clean-up tasks, and directing traffic to maintain a safe work environment. You monitor supply temperatures, provide labor support, and ensure that equipment and vehicles are properly maintained. You're a self-starter who works independently but also communicates effectively with your team. Requirements

18+ years old
Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
MUST have minimum 1+ years of experience in asphalt maintenance
Great communication skills
Experienced with the means and methods necessary to execute the project
Exceptional attention to detail
Knowledgeable in precast wheel stop installation, crack seal, paint striping, and other pavement markings
Willingness to work outdoors and in all types of weather
Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
Ability to perform other pavement-related services
Ability to apply sealer by broom and spray application
Ability to use gas power tools and power tools
Ability to work 6 days per week with weekends and overtime, when needed
Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test.

Nice To Haves

Ability to understand and speak in both English and Spanish is preferred
