About The Position

We’re hiring Parking Lot Line Painter / Asphalt Maintenance Crew Member to join our growing EverLine team. This can be an entry-level position for full-time, seasonal employment with the potential for long-term employment opportunities.

This is hands-on, outdoor work where you’ll help paint parking lot lines, repair asphalt, and keep properties looking sharp. If you like working with your hands, being part of a team, and seeing the results of your work at the end of the day—this job is for you.
This is a chance to get in on the ground floor of a growing EverLine franchise and help build something from the start.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Able to show up on time and ready to work
• Comfortable working outside in a physical job
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs, bend, walk, and stand for long periods
• Can work on your own when needed
• Takes pride in doing quality work

Nice To Haves

• Experience with paint sprayers or small engines
• Construction, landscaping, or maintenance experience

Responsibilities

• Paint parking lot lines using striping machines
• Fill cracks and seal asphalt
• Power wash and sweep parking lots
• Use basic tools and small equipment
• Work outside on different job sites around the city
• Follow safety rules and keep the job site clean
• Check in daily with your Crew Lead and Operations Manager
