About The Position
We’re hiring a Parking Lot Line Painter / Asphalt Maintenance Crew Member to join our growing EverLine team. This is an entry-level, full-time seasonal position, with strong performers having the opportunity for long-term employment year after year. This is hands-on, outdoor work where you’ll help paint parking lot lines, repair asphalt, and keep properties looking sharp. If you like working with your hands, being part of a team, and seeing the results of your work at the end of the day—this job is for you. This is a chance to get in early and help build a growing EverLine franchise from the ground up.
Requirements
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Able to show up on time and ready to work
- Comfortable working outside in a physical job
- Able to lift up to 75 lbs, bend, walk, and stand for long periods
- Able to work independently when needed
- Takes pride in doing quality work
Nice To Haves
- Experience with paint sprayers or small engines
- Construction, landscaping, or maintenance experience
Responsibilities
- Paint parking lot lines using striping machines
- Fill cracks and seal asphalt
- Power wash and sweep parking lots
- Use basic tools and small equipment
- Work outside on different job sites around the city
- Follow safety rules and keep the job site clean
- Check in daily with your Crew Lead and Operations Manager
