About The Position

ABM is looking for a Parking Lot Attendant for our Aviation accounts in the OKC area. The Cleaner provides the cleaning and upkeep of an assigned area. Pay: $13.65/hr Shift: M-F 8a to 430pm Responsibilities: Use of a golf cart to pick up and keep parking lot clean Use of a blower to push trash and debris into open space Cleaning the grass areas and islands of the commercial facility Empty trash receptacles sometimes by hand, and transport waste to the disposal area Use the truck vacuum, pan, and broom to remove debris from the paved/ grass areas. Notify management of any damages or repairs needed Performs other duties as required Experience: Previous experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred Familiarity with custodial duties such as trash removal Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and time management skills Working Conditions and Physical Demands: Working conditions are frequently outdoors with exposure to temperature variations; occasional exposure to damp/wet surfaces, cramped areas, noise, fumes, and dust Physical requirements include frequently lifting/carrying of 10-25 lbs and occasionally 60lbs; visual acuity, speech and hearing; hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate cash register Subject to: standing, bending, twisting, stooping, walking, and reaching to perform the essential functions Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or older Must have a valid Drivers License and able to pass a Motor Vehicle Report Benefit Information: ABM offers a comprehensive benefits package. Requirements

• Previous experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred
