About The Position

ABM is looking for a Parking Lot Attendant for our Aviation accounts in the OKC area. The Cleaner provides the cleaning and upkeep of an assigned area. Pay: $13.65/hr Shift: M-F 8a to 430pm

Requirements

• Previous experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred
• Familiarity with custodial duties such as trash removal
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have a valid Drivers License and able to pass a Motor Vehicle Report

Responsibilities

• Use of a golf cart to pick up and keep parking lot clean
• Use of a blower to push trash and debris into open space
• Cleaning the grass areas and islands of the commercial facility
• Empty trash receptacles sometimes by hand, and transport waste to the disposal area
• Use the truck vacuum, pan, and broom to remove debris from the paved/ grass areas.
• Notify management of any damages or repairs needed
• Performs other duties as required
