Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication and people skills
- Strong guest service mindset -you set the tone for the whole day
- Ability to lead confidently and support a diverse team
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
- Can stay calm, organized, and effective under pressure
- Skilled at multi-tasking and quick problem-solving
- Supervisory experience required
- Must be 18+ to meet shift requirements
Responsibilities
- Oversee all parking attendants and ensure smooth, efficient traffic flow
- Maximize parking space using strategy, awareness, and quick decision-making
- Deliver and reinforce top-tier guest service
- Assign staff workstations based on attendance and needs throughout the day
- Communicate continuously with office staff and management about parking volume
- Keep the parking lot running like a well-oiled (and well‑hydrated!) machine
