The Parking Lot Attendant plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and safe environment for customers and staff. This position is responsible for managing traffic flow, assisting customers with parking, monitoring the premises, and serving as a friendly first point of contact. Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, security, or parking operations preferred.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
• Work primarily outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and snow, to ensure safe and efficient parking lot operations.
• Demonstrate reliability by consistently arriving on time and maintaining dependable attendance to support team operations.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Must be 21+ years of age and pass a background check (as required by state cannabis regulations).

Responsibilities

• Direct vehicles to appropriate parking spaces to ensure efficient traffic flow.
• Assist customers with questions or concerns and escalate issues to store management or security as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the parking area, including snow/ice removal coordination when necessary.
• Collaborate with store security and operations teams to ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Report suspicious activity, accidents, or safety hazards promptly.
• Provide support during high-traffic periods, special events, or deliveries.
