About The Position

Parking Block-Off Coordinator Compensation: $24.00 per hour Employment Type: Full-time Location: Sunnyvale, CA Shift Schedule: 3:30 pm - 12:00 am Key Responsibilities: Data Extraction and Analysis: Proactively extract and analyze critical project data from the operational platform to identify key trends, performance metrics, and opportunities for improvement. Strategic Reporting: Develop and present data-driven reports and visualizations for both leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and informed decision-making. Operational Optimization: Facilitate the dissemination of essential information to teams, enabling them to make timely, efficient, and effective decisions that maintain project schedules. Provide customer service by addressing inquiries regarding directions, events, building locations, and parking policies. Inventory and asset management. Operate computer equipment, two-way radio, handheld devices, and other relevant technology. Assist with physical outdoor operations as required. Conduct training for team members on essential operating procedures. Support staff with duties related to parking equipment, facility upkeep, and general maintenance. Assist with overall parking team operations as needed. Inspect the operational condition of vehicles such as charging electric vehicles (EVs) and inflating tires and reporting to fleet management. Demonstrate sound judgment, tact, and diplomacy when interacting with multiple teams across the organization. Provide support for Parking Enforcement vehicle citations. Qualifications and Attributes: Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly when managing multiple and dynamic priorities. Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment characterized by frequent movement and last-minute updates. Strong commitment to accuracy in all tasks, ranging from data logging to managing event signage deployments. Proactive and adaptable approach to coordinating logistics and maintaining operational duties during shifts. Capacity to accurately manage and document details required for reserved parking. Highly organized in approach to assigned setup tasks and the supervision of team communicating tasks. Must be capable of hitching towing a trailer as required during operations. What's in it for you? Physical capability to lift up to 70 lbs. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. One year of related experience is preferred. Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Must possess a valid DMV driver's license. Ability to safely operate a vehicle with either a standard or automatic transmission. Ability to perform work in a high-paced environment. Ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with employees and parking customers. Ability to professionally and courteously resolve customer issues.
