Train and lead staff in promoting teamwork and a customer service environment. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints and assist with completing accident/incident reports. Assist with scheduling, and evaluation of staff. Assist local management with maintaining and/or cataloging all equipment, uniforms, and supplies. Reconcile parking reports and customer parking logs and identify discrepancies as applicable. Maintain task loads of emails, uniforms issued, and parking violators, as applicable. Monitor cleanliness and physical conditions at the assigned facilities and report any safety or maintenance issues to local management. Perform parking team duties as needed which includes counting open spaces, directing traffic and wayfinding on private property.
