JOB SUMMARY: The Parking Attendant is responsible for creating a positive first and last impression for all guests visiting the ballpark. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service while ensuring the safe and efficient flow of vehicles and pedestrian traffic throughout the parking areas. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to work independently in a fast-paced outdoor environment, and the physical capability to stand, walk, or run for extended periods.

Responsibilities
- Greet all arriving and departing guests.
- Provide excellent customer service, with a positive attitude.
- Direct vehicle and pedestrian traffic flow to proper areas.
- Assist guests with questions regarding directions and information regarding the ballpark.
- Request ADA carts for mobility assistance as needed.
- Monitor parking lots for the safety and security of guests, employees, and vehicles.
- Address all customer comments and complaints; involve parking supervisor as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
