About The Position

As a part-time Parking Attendant, you are often the first point of contact for guests coming to events by overseeing the arrival and parking of guests using our parking lots.

Requirements

  • Must be able to wear SSE assigned uniform during all shifts
  • Must clear background check.
  • Must have excellent communication skills with the ability to de-escalate situations.
  • Must be a team player.
  • Must be able to work with people of all ages.
  • Must be able to work in outdoor conditions.
  • Ability to operate, transport, and manipulate certain equipment up to 15lbs with or without accommodation.
  • Ability to bend at the waist, reach overhead and lift up to 15lbs with or without accommodation.
  • Must be able to walk for long stretches of time throughout the duration of the shift.
  • Must have the ability to stand for long periods of time inside and outside.

Responsibilities

  • Consistently greet guests as they approach
  • Cashier and sell parking tickets
  • Keep parking area clean and orderly
  • Control admission to the parking lots by checking credentials
  • Set up and tear down cones and delineators for traffic control on every shift
  • Provide excellent customer service to all guests by answering questions and concerns
