About The Position

The Parking Attendant at Reno Aces is responsible for assisting customers with self-parking and managing traffic control during gamedays. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy outdoor work and interacting with people, contributing to a positive guest experience at the ballpark.

Requirements

• High energy, self-starter, attention to detail.
• Must be able to take direction and effectively follow instructions.
• Reliable means of transportation.
• Ability to remain calm and have good customer service skills.
• Completion of a satisfactory background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly and courteous demeanor, creating a welcoming first impression.
• Inform guests of the clear bag policy and assist with selling approved clear bags to ensure compliance.
• Scan prepaid parking passes and process cashless payments efficiently.
• Direct guests to open parking spaces in the surface lot and parking garage.
• Collaborate with fellow team members to maintain safe and organized traffic flow.
• Assist guests by providing directions, answering questions, or escorting them to their vehicles.
• Help guests enter and exit parking lots safely.
• Act as a deterrent for potential incidents in and around the perimeter of the ballpark.
• Other duties as assigned.
