About The Position

Provides excellent attendant parking service for guests providing "Flawless", courteous and a pleasant service to arriving and departing guests, ensuring a fun-filled, entertaining and exciting environment where the flawless delivery and execution of four star service is paramount.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous valet parking experience helpful
  • Literate and fluent in English
  • Excellent guest service skills
  • Ability to operate vehicles with a variety of controls in a safe, efficient manner
  • Valid drivers' license with a clean driving record
  • Must be able to operate a manual transmission
  • Ability to demonstrate a pleasant and enthusiastic demeanor at all times.
  • Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business
  • Acts as a role model to other Team Members and always presents oneself as a credit to Caesars Entertainment and encourages others to do the same.
  • Adheres to all regulatory, company and department policies and procedures

Responsibilities

  • Parks vehicles of arriving guests and retrieves vehicles of departing guests in a safe and courteous manner following established procedures.
  • Initiate greeting our guests in a friendly and welcoming manner using all five of our Spotlight on Success behaviors. Opens and closes doors of vehicles and doors leading into the casino/hotel.
  • Provides or obtains information requested by guests, within guidelines established by supervisor.
  • Memorizes accurate, current weather forecasts, road conditions and restrictions to inform guests, if requested.
  • Observes assigned areas for any safety hazards or unauthorized tampering with or pilferage to parked vehicles or Harrah's facilities, and reports immediately any incidents or conditions to the supervisor or Security Shift Supervisor and maintains a professional environment.
  • Attends to the parking booth to ensure the security of guests' vehicle keys.
  • Expedites and controls the movement of guests' vehicles upon arrival or departure.
  • Familiarizes self with hotel and casino policies, special events and promotions to answer guest inquiries. Check for satisfaction with guest at the end of each interaction.
