About The Position
Sugar Bowl Resort is looking for Parking Attendants to work outdoors parking vehicles and directing traffic. The role involves keeping parking areas clean and assisting guests on and off shuttles. Candidates must be willing and able to provide exemplary customer service in all situations at all times, to both the public as well as all employees. This position is crucial for ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for guests arriving at the resort, especially during busy winter seasons. The ideal candidate will be energetic, friendly, and outgoing, with strong customer service skills, and the ability to work in a sometimes high-stress, fast-paced environment. Safety and courtesy are high priorities, and excellent communication skills are essential. The role may also require working in extreme weather conditions, which is typical for a ski resort environment.
