About The Position

Location: Citi Field Position: Parking Associate Shifts: Event-Based Shifts (Weekday/Weekend) Hourly Pay: $19.50 Please pass this opportunity along to any friends or family who may be looking for work!! Gearing up for the 2026 Spring NY Mets Season!! Impark is seeking a person with good verbal communication skills to perform sales transactions and traffic directions. Main job functions include providing exceptional customer service, adhering to revenue collection procedures, filling out shift paperwork and providing directional information. Must be able to remain outside for extended periods of time and rotate short distances between parking booths and/or gates. Must be available to work majority of NYM home games, US Open tennis, and a few additional special events or concerts.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to verbally communicate with guests
  • Ability to learn quickly and use sound decision making to thrive in fast-paced environments
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Basic math skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with cash handling is an asset
  • Previous customer service experience, preferred

Responsibilities

  • Providing exceptional customer service by being pleasant, courteous and helpful to customers.
  • Greeting each customer with a friendly smile and a “Welcome to Citi Field;”
  • Reporting all overages and shortages.
  • Completing all Impark documents completely, accurately and neatly.
  • Resolving customer inquiries quickly and efficiently.
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
  • Adhering to Impark (Mets) dress code for proper attire and grooming.
  • Providing exceptional customer service by being pleasant, courteous and helpful to customers.
  • Working individually and/or in a team environment.
  • Displaying good verbal and visual communication skills.
  • Displaying and demonstrating high-quality common sense.
  • Maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
