About The Position

Campbell County is looking for an individual to serve as a Site Manager. This is a part-time position of about 5 hours/week. The pay is $13.50 an hour. The hours are flexible. Our preference is that the person go by 2-3 times a week, rather than doing all 5 hours at one time. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Site Manager Job Description Performs with excellence, the following tasks, including but not limited to: Supervises a single facility in one area of the county under the direction of the Director of Operations – Recreation or designee. Maintains a safe and controlled environment in which the safety of the general public and participants are taken into consideration during the use of the facility. Since many different types of equipment need to be handled with precaution, the facility manager must demonstrate knowledge on how to safely handle dangerous equipment and chemicals and insure that these materials are properly handled throughout the duration of the use of the facility; Inspects the facility for any maintenance or safety issues that may need attention. Sets up facility for programs as needed. Reports any injuries that occur while the facility is being used. Submits necessary paper work concerning the injury to supervisor. Reports incidents that occur while the facility is being used. Submits necessary paper work concerning said incident to supervisor. Assures the facility is open in a timely manner and is available for use by the instructors, program participants or the general public. It is the responsibility of the site leader to secure the facility once all participants or the general public has vacated the property. May submits program ideas to the Program Managers from the community as requested Takes registrations and collects program fees for programs as directed by the Program Managers when needed.
