Requirements

• Minimum Age: 16
• Must be willing to work at least 2 shifts during weekend only operation
• Must be willing to work at least 4 shifts during daily operation
• Must be willing to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Must have strong written and oral communication skills
• Must be professional, self-motivated, the ability to multi-task and have an enthusiastic attitude
• Must have strong teamwork skills and the ability to work with others

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, friendly, and clean work environment
• Perform all Park Services Team Member duties efficiently
• Train Park Services Team Members to perform duties correctly and efficiently while adhering to all Six Flags policies and standards
• Interact with guests and team members professionally, assisting with issues as needed
• Assist in coordinating and organizing Team Member work assignments and breaks
• Maintain appropriate inventory of cleaning supplies
• Complete reports such as training logs, rotation grids, maintenance reports, and others as necessary
• Perform daily safety and cleanliness audits and inspections
• Maintain Six Flags Guest First standards
• Other duties deemed necessary by the Park Services Leadership team
