About The Position

Overview of Position: Park Services Attendant will prepare park and surrounding areas for public use. Housekeeping will be responsible for the following - Pick up small trash in all areas of the park before, during, and after park operating hours. Maintain cleanliness of all park restrooms – scrub restroom floors, stock all restroom locations, place restroom signage as needed. Empty all trash cans within the park and parking lot. Wiping down trash can, lounge chairs, and seating areas Clean up guest’s bodily excretions adhering to Safety regulations. Assist in cleaning Luau grounds – cleaning tables and grounds of trash after an event. Maintain Housekeeping inventory and complete assigned Housekeeping checklist.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum age requirement is 17 year old.
• Ability to read and comprehend documents such as instructions, safety rules, and procedural manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Must have effective oral skills to communicate with guests and co-workers.
• Must possess excellent interpersonal, customer service and teamwork skills, maintain positive working relationships, promotes a cooperative, courteous, friendly, accommodating and respectful attitude towards guests and co-workers.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently
• Able to work weekdays, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Must be able to lift, pull, push and carry up to 40 pounds at a time.
• Must be able to repeatedly bend, stop, squat, kneel, climb stairs, push, pull and reach above the shoulder.
