What you get to do: Work in a team environment and interact with others in a professional manner Perform prep duties prior to park opening that can include: restroom cleaning, sweeping, mopping, trash removal/ disposal, vacuuming, office, breakroom and hallway cleaning, store/merchandise area cleaning, cobweb & dust removal/cleaning, laundry, and various projects (including pressure washing, window cleaning, etc.) Follow standard operating procedures necessary to perform job functions to serve a quality product Provide excellent service in an efficient and courteous manner Perform other duties as assigned based on business need What it takes to succeed: Must be at least 18 years old Must be able to work overnight shifts varying between 7pm - 6am Communicate effectively and professionally with ambassadors and all others conducting business on our properties Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull up to 50 lbs. on a frequent basis. Some specific work areas may require heavier lifting Perform the following physical activities on a frequent basis: bend, kneel, squat, stand, walk, climb, simple grasp and fine manipulation tasks, reach with hands and arms at shoulder level or below, climb and reach with hands and arms above shoulder level Position engages in extensive walking and standing throughout entire work shift and climb/ascend heights if needed Must be able to work indoors and in dimly lit outdoors, in varying Florida weather, to include extreme heat.
