About The Position

Guest Services Representative Utah Olympic Park – Park City, UT The Utah Olympic Park is seeking a Guest Services Representative to help create memorable experiences for guests, athletes, and visitors from around the world. Working inside the Alf Engen Ski Museum, you’ll play a key role in welcoming visitors, helping them explore Olympic history, and connecting them to the unique activities and experiences our venue offers. Day in the Life On a typical day, you’ll be at the center of the guest experience, welcoming visitors to the Utah Olympic Park and helping them discover everything our venue has to offer. From answering questions and sharing insider knowledge to helping guests choose activities, experiences, and tours, you’ll play a key role in shaping their visit. You’ll also support retail operations by keeping merchandise stocked, organized, and guest-ready. As athletes arrive, you’ll often be the first friendly face they encounter, helping direct them and making sure they’re set up for success. Every day brings something new, and through it all you’ll help create a welcoming, organized, high-energy environment that leaves every guest with a memorable Olympic Park experience.   • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Ability to clearly explain programs, activities, and pricing options

  • Basic computer and point-of-sale experience
