About The Position
Under the direction of the Guest Services Supervisor, attends to and accommodates Naskila guests in general functions, including Players Club, telephone and retail sales in a service focused manner. Effectively communicates information with all guests and Naskila management.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED.
- At least one (1) year Guest Service experience.
Nice To Haves
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
- Experience with PBX system.
- Knowledge of retail industry.
- Bilingual preferred but not required.
