About The Position

We are seeking a Parenting Education Specialist to join our team. The qualified candidate will have a strong background in parenting education. In this role, you will support parents and caregivers through education, coaching and evidence-based programming. If you have a passion for working in the fields of child welfare, juvenile justice and social services, we are looking for you.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree required.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to pass all required background clearances.
• Ability to pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screening.
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Build positive parenting skills.
• Strengthen parent-child relationships.
• Connect families with local resources such as housing, healthcare, and support services.
• Transport clients using your personal vehicle as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and meet required standards.
