This position provides case management, family advocacy and education to families in assigned caseload by providing and linking families to comprehensive services including home visits and socialization activities. The role involves working with typically and atypically developing children and their families in a home-based setting. Reassignment to different caseloads or geographic locations within a county may occur as necessary for program operation.
