Our location in Canton, GA is currently seeking a Full-time, Parcel Packer. The scheduled working hours will be Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. However, there will be times that require this candidate to come in early or stay late, based on business needs. POSITION SUMMARY: As a Parcel Packer, you will be responsible for boxing and packaging customer orders that do not meet the LTL criteria. You will be required to cross train in order to learn other positions in the warehouse such as parcel picking. At Ubique Group, WE MOVE TO THE WORK, which allows all employees to grow their knowledge and skills set.
Requirements
- Must have 2 years of warehouse experience
- Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
- Able to read and interpret customer orders and safety procedures
- Must be willing to train and be certified on equipment within the first 90 days
Responsibilities
- Pick items to match customer orders
- Building boxes or other packaging materials to ship customer orders that will prevent damage during shipping
- Able to read and interpret a pick ticket
- Must have a high level of accuracy
- Place shipping labels on completed customer orders
