About The Position

As LTL Picker, you work as a member of a team responsible for picking items from rack bins for customer orders using a sit down or stand-up forklift. You will be responsible for the movement of material through the warehouse, there may be times that you are required to palletize and stage customer orders. You will also cross-train in additional warehouse positions as part of Ubique Group’s “We Move to the Work” approach, which empowers employees to expand their knowledge and skill sets.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of forklift experience
• At least 1 year of experience operating a reach truck
• Ability to read and interpret safety guidelines, procedures, and pick tickets
• Strong attention to accuracy and detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. continuously

Responsibilities

• Pick items to match customer orders
• Use of electric sit down forklift, stand up forklift, and reach truck
• May require use of electric or manual pallet jack
• Able to read and interpret a pick ticket
• Must have a high level of accuracy
• Using an RF handheld device.
