We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Paratransit Operator to join our elite team in Baltimore, Maryland. As a key member you will be entrusted with ensuring safe and comfortable transportation for our passengers, while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.

  • Execute flawless operations transporting passengers throughout Baltimore and the surrounding area in a safe and courteous manner. Meticulously following designated routes and schedules, while adhering to stringent safety protocols and traffic regulations.
  • Greet passengers, ensure fare payment, exhibit exceptional care and assistance towards passengers, ensuring smooth boarding, comfortable rides, and timely disembarkation for all.
  • Champion vehicle safety through comprehensive pre-trip and post-trip inspections, promptly reporting any maintenance issues, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety equipment readiness.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures rigorously, encompassing seat belt enforcement, emergency response preparedness, and compliance with regulatory mandates.

  • 20 years or older
  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent
  • A valid Maryland Driver's License
  • Minimum 3 years of driving experience (including at least 1 year professional)
  • Must have a satisfactory driving record
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check
  • Excellent communication & customer service skills
  • Availability to work days, evenings, weekends and overnight shifts as assigned
  • Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical, including pre-employment and random drug screens. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.
