About The Position
Our paraprofessionals are highly valued positions in our schools. This position primarily involves providing reading and math intervention for students under the direction and training of a certified teacher. This position will also support students and teachers in classrooms and supervise students in various parts of the school day.
Requirements
- Indiana Substitute Teacher License (can support you in signing up for this if you do not have it already)
- At least sixty (60) semester hours from an accredited institution of higher education or if you have passed the ParaPro test (can support you in signing up for this if you do not have it already)
- Cooperates successfully as a member of a team
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Effective oral and written communication skills
