Bethany House Services is dedicated to safeguarding and empowering vulnerable populations through compassionate, comprehensive support. As the steady, welcoming presence at our Bond Hill Family Shelter you’ll help ensure safety, dignity, and smooth operations so our residents, staff, volunteers, and partners can focus on healing and growth. The Paraprofessional serves as the first line of safety, security, and administrative support at BHS. You will greet staff, visitors, volunteers, donors, and clients; verify identities; manage visitor badges; and enforce access and security protocols. In addition to front-desk duties, you will monitor activity, respond to emergencies, and support daily administrative tasks and donation intake. Your calm, professional presence acts as a deterrent to unacceptable resident activities and helps prevent potential problems before they arise.
