About The Position

Requirements
- High school diploma (Associate degree preferred)
- Experience with mental health or behavioral health support
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Support clients in daily living, coping skills, and community activities
- Assist with appointments, transportation, and skill-building
- Document progress and communicate with the CST team
- Help clients stay safe and thrive in the community
