JOB SUMMARY / GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Essential Duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Deploying, configuring, and managing Ivanti agents on all company devices to enforce security policies, distribute software updates, and monitor system status. Endpoint Administration of Microsoft Intune. Identifying and deploying critical security patches to all endpoints through the Ivanti platform to maintain system security. Distributing and installing software applications across the network using Ivanti's deployment tools. Managing user accounts, permissions, and access levels within the Ivanti console to ensure appropriate user access to system resources. Maintaining a comprehensive inventory of all company devices and their software configurations using Ivanti's asset management features. Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues reported by users through the Ivanti Neurons ITSM. Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 10, 11) and their administration. Deliver images to clients using various OS imaging standards such as MDT and Autopilot. Endpoint Administrator of Microsoft Intune Integration. Intermediate understanding of network protocols, TCP/IP, and infrastructure to troubleshoot connectivity issues. Ability to write scripts (e.g., PowerShell) for automated tasks and system management Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues effectively Clear communication to explain technical issues to non-technical users and stakeholders Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Client/Server architecture. Intermediate understanding of Active Directory Domain Services, Active Directory Certificate Authority, Group Policy, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Desktop Services. Ability to work within VMware vCenter to update Windows Templates and deploy Windows Server 2022. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Client/Server architecture. Bachelor’s degree in information systems or related experience. 3 – 5 years of Experience in a Windows Enterprise Environment (1000+ Clients) Server + Certification or Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate Strong written and verbal communication skills. Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours to complete implementations and resolve issues. Analytical skills - Ability to use critical thinking and reasoning skills to solve problems Ability to move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
