About The Position
Jump Ahead Pediatrics is actively seeking a Paraprofessional to join our team near Dover , New Jersey for a full-time , school-based role! Let’s make a meaningful impact on every child’s journey! Requirements
- Associate’s Degree OR at least 60 college credits OR you have passed the Paraprofessional Praxis Pro Exam
Responsibilities
- Assist Classroom Teachers: Provide support to teachers by helping with instructional activities, managing classroom materials, and ensuring a positive learning environment for all students.
- Support Students' Learning Needs: Work closely with individual or small groups of students to reinforce lessons, assist with assignments, and provide accommodations for those with special educational needs.
- Promote Positive Behavior: Help monitor and guide student behavior in the classroom and during school activities, ensuring adherence to school policies and promoting a safe, respectful learning atmosphere.
