About The Position
Paraprofessional - Media Specialist Job Summary: A paraprofessional's job includes a variety of duties such as working with children one-on-one and in small groups as directed as well as other duties as assigned by administrators and assigned teachers. Must be a team player, take initiative and have a love for working with young children.
Requirements
- Minimum of 48 hours of college credit or
- High School diploma and evidence of scoring a minimum composite score on the ACT of 21 or
- High School diploma and completion of reading and writing competency test
- Sufficient experiences so that, with appropriate training, services may be provided in the specific role for which employed
- Must be a team player
