About The Position
The University of Iowa Health Care Department of Nursing is seeking a Paramedic to perform specific tasks to assist members of the Nursing team in providing patient care under the direct supervision of the Nurse Manager. Requirements
- Graduation from high school
- Current paramedic certification by the Iowa Department of Public Health, Bureau of Emergency Medical Services
- Current course completion card in Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider by the American Heart Association
- Current course completion card in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) by the American Heart Association
